Securing the long-term future of Tenaya Park

The booklet attached to this post contains the actual facts about the proposed assessment increase for County Service Area #2.  This booklet was distributed to every Tenaya Estates homeowner in January, 2014.  Don't be fooled by inaccurate statements in anonymous flyers opposing the increase.  If you have questions or concerns about the increase, please join us at the public meeting on May 12, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Woodward Park Library, 944 E. Perrin in Fresno.  County staff and Tenaya Estates, Inc., Board members will be at that meeting to explain the proposed increase, how the money will be used, answer questions, and dispel misinformation.

Please don't let our Park go back to management by the County Parks.  Those of us who lived here in the early 2000s know just how bad the Park can look.  Let's keep our Park green and beautiful and keep our property values up at the same time.
