By now, neighbors should have received the 8-page booklet, “Securing the Long-Term Future of Tenaya Park.”  A PDF of this booklet is attached in case you haven't received it yet.  The booklet outlines the Board’s proposal to increase the annual Tenaya Estates assessment by $100 and incorporate a nominal cost of living increase in County Service Area #2 to insure the long-term future of Tenaya Park.  If property owners support this proposal, we will be able to repair the playground and cover the cost of water which has doubled under the new Fresno City rate structure.  The Board has scheduled a neighborhood meeting on Saturday, January 11, at 10:00 a.m. so neighbors can discuss the proposal, ask questions, and voice any concerns.  The meeting will be held at the Park if the weather is nice or in the Downing garage at 1214 W. Tenaya if it’s raining (let’s hope it is!).

Seating at either location is limited so bring your lawn chairs.
